These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through oryvessen.store, operated by ORYVESSEN.
By placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Digital Products
ORYVESSEN primarily sells digital eBooks and related digital products.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Purchases
Before completing an order, you will be shown the applicable product description and purchase price.
All prices displayed at checkout are subject to applicable taxes and charges shown before payment.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered electronically using our digital delivery system.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available shortly after successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout and ensuring that you can receive the delivery email.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.
For electronically delivered digital content, the right of withdrawal may be lost when delivery begins if you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

All eBooks, text, images, graphics, designs, branding and other content provided by ORYVESSEN are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by law or by ORYVESSEN in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, commercially distribute, publicly upload, share download links, or claim the content as your own.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to access and use the purchased digital product for personal purposes.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate.
If a digital product contains a defect or does not correspond to the agreed description, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ORYVESSEN is not responsible for problems caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including certain technical failures or interruptions of third-party services.
